Since the early 1900s, organizations like Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Jack & Jill, The Urban League, and others have worked to instill strong standards of culture, scholarship, and excellence in young African-American men. Rooted in this tradition, the Alpha Beautillion celebrates the accomplishments of college-bound seniors in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Sponsored by the B.E.A.M. Foundation, the Alpha Beautillion aims to prepare students for college, secure scholarship funding, and present them to the community at a formal gala. The program includes four key components: Development Sessions, Mentorship, Scholarships, and the Beautillion Gala, all designed to inspire personal growth, leadership, and community impact.
