The 2025–2026 program year is off to a strong start, with record student participation, impactful sessions, and new partnerships that continue to advance the B.E.A.M. Foundation’s mission to build the future—one mind at a time.
Alpha Academy
Now serving more than 80 students, Alpha Academy launched the year with three engaging sessions focused on leadership, confidence, and academic success.
Session 1: Program Orientation & Meet the Mentors
Session 2: Identity, Integrity & First Impressions – Personal branding, confidence, and dressing for success, featuring guest speaker Rasuwl Walls
Session 3: Study Skills, Time Management & Goal Setting – Led by Bro. Zach Boyd
PHAROAHS
This year’s PHAROAHS cohort includes 16 high school juniors. Their first session, Past Influences and Future Shaping Forces, challenged students to think critically about how history, environment, and personal choices shape their future paths, with Bro. Don Taylor as the featured speaker.
Alpha Beautillion
The Beautillion Class of 2026 currently includes 20 Beaus, with an anticipated final cohort of 16. Workshops so far have included:

Workshop 2: Fundraising Strategies
Workshop 3: The AI Advantage (and the Catch) – Exploring how artificial intelligence impacts education and careers with Bro. Juan Flowers.
Cub Scouts & Boy Scouts (Pack & Troop 1906)
Scouting continues to thrive with 35 Cub Scouts and 17 Boy Scouts participating this fall.
Troop 1906 enjoyed a hands-on camping trip at McDowell Nature Preserve and learned essential navigation skills in a Compass & Orienteering workshop.
Pack & Troop 1906 also visited the Sullenberger Aviation Museum, sparking curiosity and exploration among our youngest learners.
