About Hassan

Hassan Hodge is currently a senior at Cox Mill High School in Concord, North Carolina, whose journey to becoming a B.E.A.M. Foundation Beautillion candidate is marked by resilience, discipline, and ingenuity. From a young age, he developed the ability to turn challenges into opportunities by fostering a focused mindset, a rigorous attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach that have supported both his academic success and personal growth.

Hassan is a dedicated student-athlete who strives for excellence in both academics and performance. He competes as a USATF youth sprinter and long jumper on his school’s track and field team. Throughout his tenure competing, he has shown extensive leadership qualities, a willingness to help his teammates improve, and a drive to win. Hassan plans on competing at the collegiate level after high school graduation.

Beyond athletics, Hassan has learned to balance his time on the track while prioritizing his schoolwork and academic pursuits. He maintains a strong interest in graphic design and animation. He has an immense passion for storytelling, digital artistry, and cinema, and he plans to pursue a college education that corresponds with his creative ambitions and athletic goals. Currently, his top choices for continued education include North Carolina Central University, Savannah College of Art and Design, the University of South Carolina Upstate, and the University of South Carolina Beaufort.

As a 2026 B.E.A.M. Beautillion candidate, Hassan exemplifies leadership, service, and brotherhood, coupled with a commitment to cultivating a future grounded in purpose, innovation, and integrity.
