Be the Mentor. Be the Difference.
Empower the next generation of leaders in Charlotte.
Volunteer with B.E.A.M.—no experience required, just heart.

The B.E.A.M. Foundation (Building Excellence Affirming Manhood) is a Charlotte-based nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and empowering underrepresented youth—particularly young men and women of color—through culturally grounded programs in leadership, education, and life skills.
Since 1997, B.E.A.M. has helped over 1,000 students build confidence, prepare for college, and thrive.
Now, we’re inviting you to be part of that impact.

- Beautillion – Support college-bound seniors as they learn leadership, etiquette, and community service. Includes scholarships and a gala.
