B.E.A.M. FOUNDATION SPOTLIGHT
In 2018, Devin Cox participated in the Alpha Beautillion Program, a transformative rite of passage for young African American men. The program prepared him for college, equipped him with essential life skills, and set the foundation for his professional journey. Devin learned invaluable lessons in networking, social etiquette, and financial literacy—skills that continue to shape his life today. Now working for RGIS and pursuing opportunities in biology, Devin also gives back as a mentor, guiding a new generation through the same impactful program that once empowered him. His story exemplifies the lasting impact of mentorship and the cycle of empowerment fostered by the Alpha Beautillion Program.
